Powdertech (Corby) Limited, the specialist metal finishing company, is investing in up-to-the-minute technical expertise through appointing Grant Brown as a Management Trainee.


Grant has spent the last three years acquiring the latest knowledge and techniques in material preparation and finishing, graduating from Loughborough University in 2011 with an Honours Degree in Materials Engineering.

THE TROJAN GROUP ANNOUNCES CLIVE SMITH AS TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER


The Trojan Group has just announced the appointment of Clive Smith as its new Technical Sales Manager.


Tony Chadwick, the Group’s Managing Director, said, “We are delighted to welcome Clive on board. He offers great expertise coupled with vast experience of the hardware market and will be an asset to the business. He will work closely with our customers and stockists to ensure they have excellent service along with driving the Trojan business forward.”


Clive, who started his new role on 6 February says, “Trojan is

Clive has over 25 years in the hardware industry and will be a familiar face to many, not least because he sits on several industry committees. As well as having considerable sales experience, he brings a wide range of other skills that will add value to Trojan including an engineering background, project management, training, quality control, customer support and product design.
