Rum Truffles Don't leave your vegan best friend out in the cold, this truffle recipe can be made with vegan chocolate.


Ingredients: • Cashew nuts 110 grams • Cold water 200 ml • Dark Chocolate 400 grams • Rum 1 tablespoon • Cocoa powder


Method: 1. Weigh your nuts and put them in a bowl, cover in water and soak overnight until soft.


2. Drain off the water from the nuts and put them in a blender, measure out 200 ml of fresh water and add to the blender. Blend together for at least 5 minutes until the mixture goes creamy.


3. In a pan break up the chocolate and melt it; once melted add the cashew cream.
