Each week will explore a different culture or style of cuisine through in-house cooking, restaurants and one professional cooking lesson at Dave’s Speciality Foods. Participants can bring books and information about the topic each week to share in the dinner discussion. Diners will need to bring money when a restaurant outing is planned. This class is an invigorating workout fi lled with aerobic exercises, stretching and a cool down. Light weights and resistance bands will be incorporated into the workouts to help you tone and strengthen muscles while working on cardiovascular fi tness. Ratio is 1 staff to 7 participants.
