George and Trudy Heiss are celebrating 30 years of operating an estate winery, 40 years of growing grapes and their 50th wedding anniversary with the help of six local award-winning chefs: Bernard Casavant - Manteo Resort; Rod Butters - RauDZ Regional Table; Paul Cecconi - Local Lounge and Grille; Geoffrey Couper - Culinary Instructor at
Okanagan College; Sandrine Raffault-Martin - Sandrine French Pastry & Chocolate; Willi Franz and the Culinary Team from the Grapevine Restaurant. All courses are paired with Gray Monk Estates award winning wines. Reception at 6:00 PM, dinner starting at 6:45 PM. To purchase tickets please visit:
