3. Rental income All rental income is derived from investment properties in the United Kingdom.
4. Other incoming resources (a) Grants receivable Grants receivable represents awards to the Trust’s subsidiary undertaking Genome Research Limited by other funders, notably the European Union, the US National Institutes of Health and the UK Medical Research Council. These are subject to specific conditions imposed by the donors and, therefore, are restricted in their use.
