New Keynote Theatre The Service Desk & IT Support Show 2012 debuts a new Keynote Theatre, in association with Ovum. Taking place upstairs in the comfortable surroundings of the Conference Centre, the theatre will play host to an exciting series of keynote addresses, and panel discussions across the two days.
