BABES IN ARMS POLICY: "Babes in arms" are not permitt ed in the theatre. Every person must have a ti cket regardless of age.


BABYSITTER HOTLINE: 905-688-5550 x3558 (Sean O'Sullivan Theatre) and x3337 (David S. Howes Theatre). You can leave these phone numbers for your babysitt ers. Available one hour prior to and throughout the performance.


CAMERAS AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT: Cameras and any video or audio recording devices are strictly prohibited without writt en permission of arti st management. Violators may be ejected. Management reserves the right to inspect all bags and purses.


EMERGENCIES ON CAMPUS: Contact Campus Security from any one of our yellow emergency phone stati ons located throughout the parking lots and campus. Look for the emergency post with the blue light or phone x3210.


FRAGRANCE FREE: We ask that all of our guests be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies to perfume or cologne and avoid using products with fragrance before att ending events in our venues.

LATECOMERS: So as not to disturb other patrons, latecomers and those who leave the theatre during a performance will be admitt ed to the theatre at a suitable break in the program at the discreti on of staff .


LOST AND FOUND: Call Audience Services Manager at x4113 or Campus Security at x4300.


MEDICAL AND FIRST AID EMERGENCIES: Contact the Audience Services Supervisor on duty in the theatre lobby.


SPECIAL SERVICES: All of our faciliti es are fully accessible with special locati ons available for wheelchair seati ng and a NEW Williams Hearing Assistance Service available for people with hearing disabiliti es.
