Remtech has been providing physical and environmental protection for computer media and hardware since 1980. The ModuSec system has been specifi cally developed to meet these needs.
We carry out a site survey and then work with clients to design the best solution to meet client requirements within the available space. Individual panels and any required support steelwork, doors, vents, etc., are manufactured to size and specifi cation and then delivered to site and installed by our specialist teams.
Rapid Assembly • Pre-fi nished steel faced panels with unique Pyrofoam core • A 500 sqm space can be built ready for fi t out in 2-3 weeks
Fire Protection • Certifi ed for 90 minutes under BS476 Pt 22 building regs • Meets EN1047-2 data centre construction recommended limit temperatures at protected face – with 950º C at outside face
Water Protection • Steel faced with sealed locking tongue & groove joints • Non-porous core unaffected by water at inaccessible joints • Doors and vents have double water/smoke seals all round
Energy Effi ciency • Panels have a U value of just 0.18 – half that of mineral wool • Eliminates solar gain and provides stable environments for AC
Environmentally Friendly • 100% free of CFC’s and HCFC’s and non ozone depleting
Strength • Impact tested with ‘walk on’ ceiling access to BS6399 • Compression strength of almost 60 tonnes/sqm
Security • Steel faced panels with single piece core and locking system • Insulated steel doors with locks burglary tested to prEN1627 • Certifi ed forced attack and blast protection options
