AUSTRALIA

The Aus$1bn 14,000 square metre facility planned for the Australian Capital Territory fi nally received the go-ahead. The project, one of the most controversial ever, was fi rst planned for Tuggeranong, but following objections from residents the issue became politically heated, with Labour, Liberal and Green politicians becoming heavily involved.
