using performance- enhancing steroids over a three-year period while


playing for the Texas Rangers. Rodriguez was recruited out of high school


to play for the University of Miami, but opted to sign with the Seattle Mariners at age 17.

James “Buster” Douglas knocked out “Iron” Mike Tyson in round 10 to win


the World Heavyweight boxing title. The fight took place in the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo Japan. Entering the fight Douglas had a record of 29-4-1, while Tyson was a perfect 37-0.
