Exchanges and Refunds Unfortunately no refunds are available for unused tickets.
Reservations Seats cannot be reserved unless in exceptional circumstances, such as large group bookings or by agreement with managing staff.
Concessions Where concessions apply, discounts are available to: - Full-time students - Children aged 16 and under - People with disabilities (carers receive complimentary tickets)
- Adults aged over 60 - Those in receipt of unemployment benefit - UH staff, students and alumni
