Chapter Conferences INTRODUCTION


The Ohio Library Council’s 2012 Chapter Conferences feature agendas created by library colleagues in your area of the state. Select from programs developed by OLC’s divisions, committees, and individual members. The areas of focus include “always-needed” training topics like customer service, programming, best practices, updates, time and stress management, promotional techniques, reference resources, and more. Using peer-to-peer training, the chapter conferences are OLC’s presence regionally and offer staff a full day of educational programming.

Bring this program booklet with you the day of the conference. DO NOT DISCARD this program after registering. Program booklets may not be available onsite.


CHAPTER CONFERENCE GRIDS


Each chapter has a program grid that gives you an overview of the sessions that will be offered at that conference. The grids are organized by room assignments and/or by a learning track. Either way, you can see the program offerings for each conference at a glance. A more detailed description of each program is available alphabetically by program title beginning on page 16.
