Paul Mittendorff Hoerbiger Corp. of America


Paul Mittendorff is the director of manufacturing systems for Hoerbiger Corp. of America, working with a team to create or improve manufacturing and delivery processes. He joined Hoerbiger in 1992 as a member of its engineering drafting department. Soon after, Paul was promoted to the applications engineering department as engineer, technical software development. In 1997, Paul took on the position of manager of MIS. As Hoerbiger expanded its services further into North America and into South America, his position grew to regional IT manager, which he served through 2006. In 2007, Paul’s responsibilities changed to more directly support Hoerbiger’s manufacturing. He took on the position of managing the newly created manufacturing control and planning department. In 2008, Paul took on the role of SAP implementation manager to lead Hoerbiger’s SAP migration teams. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Florida State University.


Blaine Robinson NISH


Blaine Robinson, NISH senior training program manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the field of community rehabilitation, both at NISH, where he has been employed since 1985 and in upper management positions at two Community Rehabilitation Programs. Robinson has extensive experience in the area of work measurement using time studies. He has written many time study methods that are currently being used at CRPs around the country including a method that was reviewed and accepted by the U.S. Department of Labor.


Mark Schrader Guardian Automotive


Mark Schrader is currently the Quality Manager for Guardian Automotive’s Upper Sandusky facility. Mark has 20 years of automotive manufacturing quality and process improvement experience, and emphasizes getting back to the basics of lean manufacturing, and practical problem solving. Mark’s most recent work in process flow improvements with Guardian Automotive are structured around improving the production flow of a high mix/low volume manufacturing environment for automotive windshield manufacturing.


Bill Trevathan NISH


Bill Trevathan, NISH senior program manager is a senior member of IIE. He has more than 35 years of work measurement experience with the U.S. Air Force, American Airlines, Goodwill Industries and NISH. He is an objective advisor and information source for NISH, Defense Commissary Agency and Nonprofit Government Contractors. Bill performs technical assistance, training and quality reviews for federal contracts nationwide.
