Type 42” deck is 2 bladed; 48” and mowers use 3 blades with center blade to the front. Deck is suspended at the corners. Includes deck-mounted anti-scalp wheel(s) to improve fl otation in rolling and uneven terrain.
Construction 11 ga, .120 in (3.0 mm) welded steel with 11 ga, .120 in (3.0 mm) double welded onto spindle mount areas. Solid 1.0 in x .25 in (25.4 mm x 6.4 mm) steel bars reinforce impact areas on trim edges. Steel deck housing is 4 in (101.6 mm) deep to provide room for high-capacity mowing.
Cutting Heights Foot-operated deck height adjustment. Pin for setting height, detent for transport position. Height adjustment in .25 in increments from 1.0 in to 4.5 in (25.4 mm to 114 mm).
