Applelec – Stand M21 Applelec continue to develop and improve the capabilities of LED Light Sheet, and have recently launched curved LED Light Sheet for use in ultra thin curved light boxes. Without compromising the slim profile of the lighting unit, the uniquely thin curved light box delivers bright, even illumination for graphics and prints. The bespoke construction of LED Light Sheet remains a feature of the curved units, which are created to client specification and embedded with LEDs in various colour temperatures.

This year, The ARC Show has its very own curator – Lighting Designer Durham Marenghi of Lumitect. Marenghi’s passion for lighting will ensure that this years show is truly inspirational; “I want our event to touch on the more ‘fun’ aspects of our work and hopefully introduce and inspire architects to creative lighting design”. If you want some information on how best to light your space then the ARC Show is an event that’s not to be missed.

Barrisol – Normalu SAS - Stand V6A Barrisol-Normalu SAS, a world leader in the stretch ceiling, will be at The ARC Show displaying their latest products. A Barrisol ceiling is a non-flammable sheet in PVC, which is tightened under the effect of heat on the periphery of the walls thanks to a specific track system. The company has worked on projects such as the Zaha Hadid designed MAXXI Museum and the Origami Tigers in Australia.

Inspired By Design – Stand M26B Inspired by Design will be showcasing their Anima collection – available with up to six hand blown droplets and in bespoke variations. The mounting plate can be provided in white and RAL colours while the droplets are available in transparent, ruby red and aquamarine. They will also be showcasing the Wookyee system, which is a hybrid combining LED sources together with speakers wirelessly controlled by your iPod. Architecturally designed and aesthetically pleasing, it can be used as a room partition system with a variety of colour finishes, giving a new meaning to ‘light and sound’.

Helvar – Stand V3 At the Arc Show 2012, Helvar will be showcasing a series of brand new products that demonstrate its range of expertise in systems product development. Visitors to the show will get the opportunity to preview a series of new products on Stand V3 that include a new dimmer and energy monitoring software, through to updated keypads and an enhanced range of sensors. One of the sensors on display is the 311 Ceiling PIR Detector, a compact flush-mounted ceiling unit containing the necessary sensors to provide energy saving functions when used in a DALI system.
