Hull Heroes Youth from Page 34
Fundraising fun – Hull families are encouraged to save shopping receipts from Chandler Fashion Center and neighboring shopping centers, Fresh & Easy receipts, Box Tops, Coke Rewards, drink pouches and Campbell’s Labels for Education and drop them off in the school’s front office. These programs help support teachers and students and financially supplement supplies, fieldtrips and other programs. Box Tops – Box Tops are due Fri., Feb. 10 for the next contest. The first-place winner will receive a $100 gift card to the store of their choice; second place wins a movie with a friend and Mrs. Bromich; and third place wins a $25 gift certificate to a store of their choice. Thanks due – Hull was awarded a $1,000 bonus in addition to the $3,960.87 that Hull earned from Safeway’s 10% Goes Back to Schools Program receipt program. More than 35,500 groups participated nationally, and Hull was one of the top 100. Thanks to Safeway and the eScrip program for their generous contribution to Hull, and to the Hull volunteers for all of their time and hard work. Help wanted – Volunteers are needed to lead and support upcoming events during the second half of the school year. Contact Angie Larsen at
