Promenade is hub for local restaurants Also features wellness providers


Local dining options abound at the Promenade at Fulton Ranch. Located at the northeast corner of Chandler Heights and Alma School roads, the center is home to four acclaimed local eateries with a fi fth scheduled to open in early March. The center’s newest eatery, Amalfi Pizzeria, features authentic Italian food by brothers Giuseppe and Sergio Miele, owners of Miele’s Bistro in Tempe. Amalfi Pizzeria offers a variety of dishes, from bruschetta appetizers, pasta and parmigiana entrees to desserts like spumoni and tiramisu. The restaurant seats 90 in its dining room, decorated with dark reds, exposed brick and an open kitchen. An outdoor patio provides further seating. Cork, another locally-owned eatery, is a three- time winner of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Cork serves European-inspired dishes both inside the restaurant and outside on a patio overlooking The Promenade’s water fountain. Cork also has a 25-foot fl oor to ceiling, climate-controlled wine wall offering more than 400 selections of wines.


Burgers are on the menu at Blu Burger Grille. The establishment offers diners the option to build their own burger. Guests fi rst choose their type of meat, followed by choice of bun, cheese, toppings, specialty ingredients and fi nally sauce. Blu Burger also offers its own specialty burgers, including the California Burger featuring avocado, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, herb mayo and mixed greens. The eatery’s zucchini fries and sweet


potato fries are also menu staples. Salads and other sandwiches are also available.


Breakfast lovers can stop in for breakfast or lunch at The Good Egg, with an extensive menu of breakfast favorites and unique dishes. The Promenade at Fulton Ranch’s newest eatery, Frio Mio Frozen Yogurt will open in early March. “Whether you’re looking for a great place for a family meal or celebrating a special occasion with your sweetheart, you’ll fi nd the perfect solution at The Promenade,” Marketing Director Stephanie Bugno says. “Each restaurant offers delicious food, a welcoming environment and high quality service in a convenient location.”


Beauty, wellness providers


Six options are featured for beauty and wellness at the Promenade at Fulton Ranch. Madison Avenue Salon & Day Spa has stylists and aestheticians who offer cut, color and skin services. Sun Lakes Nails has manicures and pedicures. V’s Barbershop offers cut and shave services, and Massage Envy Spa provides regular massages. For a more active wellness experience, Ocotillo Pilates is accepting new clients now, and Youfi t Health Club plans to open in late February.
