Also widely read by men! First Gig Of The Year For Crushed Ice

Crushed Ice would like to thank everyone who supported the band on their first gig of the year at Quesada Country Club, Quesada in January, it was a packed house by 9pm and people seemed to be having a great time with the dance floor busy from the outset.

Formed in Quesada, Costa Blanca in September 2011, Crushed Ice are a 5 piece covers band and are new kids on the block, the difference is that all the musicians are not new to the music scene, in fact you couldn’t wish for a more experienced and talented group of individuals hand picked and brought together to form this new band. It started when drummer Ray Prentice put an advert in the papers for musicians and hand picked the band members eventually ending up with an impressive 5 piece band.

The line is Eric Tuite on rhythm guitar, Keith (fingers) Parsons on lead guitar, John Wiggan on bass guitar, Chas Randal and last to join the band

is the front man with lead vocals, and of course Ray Prentice on drums, most of the band add backing vocals.

Crushed Ice play a wide variety of music covering rock and pop classics from the 60`s to the present day with an impressive song list from artists such as-: The Blues Brothers, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas,The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Fleetwood Mac, ELO, The Rolling Stones, The Suprems, The Who, Otis Redding, Bad Company, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, Badfinger, The Hollies, Free, Status Quo, Cliff Richard, and many, many more!
