The Mosaic Community Church
Wonderful things are happening at MOSAIC COMMUNITY CHURCH in Javea Park. We are still feeding the folks that are ‘living on the streets’ one hot meal, six days a week and in connection with this, we would like to say a big THANK YOU to The Butcher’s Block in Javea for their generosity in supplying us with a meat contribution when possible and in particular to the general public for continuing to put food into ‘DROP IN A BOX’ outside Iceland, started 16 months ago enabling us to continue distributing food to those in need.

In addition we now have a fabulous group of children aged 3 - 5 years, coming to paint, stick and paste, sing & play instruments, dance with pom poms, scarves, hoops and balls and to take part in parachute games with bubbles and lots more. It is great to see their happy faces as they proudly display their work to one and all. Parents come along with the younger children and pop upstairs to recuperate with a cuppa and cake provided by My Little Cake Shop - oh and children love the cakes too. If you are a parent out there and want to join in the fun and games, give me a call on the number below for more information.

For the ‘grown ups’ we are planning to start a free mixed games and chat afternoon on a Thursday with refreshments available. For example do you play Mahjong and need somewhere to meet, or would you like to play whist, bridge or any of the board games such as scrabble or chess.
If you would be interested in being part of this new group please contact Tricia Cox on 678 066 222.
