Senior Resort Ciudad Patricia is a beautiful resort in the green hills on the outskirts of Benidorm. It consists of 175 apartments, a medical centre with care hotel department and a central building with many facilities, offering a lovely retirement living concept. Ciudad Patricia enhances the comfortable and secure way of life by providing a service that takes care of the worries of the maintenance of the gardens and your home. You will feel safe knowing there is a video security system in place throughout the resort which is monitored 24 hours per day. There is peace of mind that there is always someone around to turn to. Ciudad Patricia has a doctor living on the resort providing 24 hour emergency and medical assistance, and a medical centre and care home, all part of the many services offered.

The doctor is on site so you don’t have to wait. The philsophy of the medical centre is to allow residents to live independently in their homes as long as possible, safe in the knowledge that medical care is just a call away. If medication is required, we even have our own prescription delivery service.
Of course, as you get older, you sometimes just want to take life a bit easier. We offer a number of services to help you do just that including house cleaning, a laundry service and if you’re feeling particularly lazy, a hot meal delivery service.

Part of living is getting out and about. We organise local shopping trips twice a week, and the Nº 11 bus goes to Benidorm every 30 minutes right from inside our grounds. Social and entertainment needs are extremely well catered for with our own theatre, cinema with films in English, book and DVD library, and enormous resident’s lounge. We arrange regular excursions, bingo nights, dances, in fact so much that residents often say they don’t have time to sit still! Other facilities on site include a supermarket and a hairdresser.
As Peggy (above left, age 94, resident for 25 years) puts it “I like living here because you get full medical attention, always have friends to join at the bar or restaurant, and if you need a ride home after a glass of sangria too many, that’s never a problem either. You’re never on your own. Weather is beautiful. We’re all happy together… what more could you want”.
