Everyone is an individual Unlike the mass market companies, we treat our travellers as individuals and do everything to ensure that their holiday is special. From the moment you enquire about our holidays you will be looked after by our caring team in the office who are on hand to answer your questions and look after your booking until it is time for you to go.
At the airport On arrival at the main departure airport you will be met by a representative from One Traveller (and in many cases the Tour Manager too) who is on hand to assist with check-in and to help with any pre-holiday apprehension that you may be feeling.
Our Tour Managers We understand that travelling alone can be a daunting experience (particularly if this is the first time for you) and one of the most important factors to ensure a successful holiday is the Tour Manager. For our holidays we only choose the best quality Tour Managers who have proved themselves to be excellent hosts. Their key skill is looking after the different individuals within the group, whatever their needs may be. From the moment you arrive at your destination your Tour Manager is on hand to assist and to point you in the right direction. They are with you (staying in the same hotels) for the entire duration of the holiday.
Travelling with friends Sometimes it helps to know there is someone else there that you know, for example a friend who wishes to travel by him/herself. Whether you do or not you will soon meet your travelling companions and you will be made to feel at ease. Most of our travellers are travelling by themselves.
Health One Traveller escorted holidays are not physically demanding and we are always mindful of the fact that we are not escorting a group of 18 – 30’s! Having said this it is only fair to mention that you will need to be capable of a certain amount of unassisted walking to fully enjoy our holidays and we assume that you are capable of this when we accept your booking. Your attention is drawn to section 13.3 of our booking conditions.
