In the event that this agreement cannot be completed due to severe weather conditions of any kind, action or regulation by any state or Federal government unit or agency, any event considered to be a force of nature, or any event outside the control of Montage Bride, liability to the customer shall be limited to the return of the customer’s deposit.


Montage Bride takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing photographs and digital storage. However, in the unlikely event that all the photographs, negatives or digital content have been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons within or beyond our control, MontageBride.com’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. In the event that agreement cannot be completed due to any other cause not described above, MontageBride.com’s liability to customer shall be limited to the return of the customer’s deposit.


A reservation deposit of at least 25% of the total cost is due at the signing of this agreement. The remainder is due no later than 10 days prior to the wedding date. The reservation deposit acts as a reservation fee to hold the date of your event and is non-refundable. The fee can only be applied to the photography on the original date reserved. It is understood that a change of the event date or the cancellation of your event is forfeiture of your reservation fee though MontageBride.com will try to accommodate date changes. If for any reason the client changes the wedding date a letter must be sent stating this change or cancellation. No event will be changed or canceled until a letter is received.
