This agreement constitutes an order for wedding photography services with the couple and MontageBride.com. Upon completion of this agreement, the client may own rights fo a number of digital images only if their package includes this benefit. If ownership is included the client will receive the images on disc after the wedding with an ownership copyright letter allowing the client to make unlimited prints themselves or with a local photo lab for personal use. The client, family and friends are also free to order reprints from your personalized online proof gallery.


Advanced photo retouching and custom printing charges are not included in any package unless otherwise written.


Virginia State Sales tax of 5% will be added to all orders. Any potential travel costs for weddings outside a 100 mile radius from Roanoke VA will be negotiated separately.


A $35 charge will be added for each check returned. If this occurs only cash will be accepted for balance. No part of any order will be delivered until the balances of all orders are paid in full. The balance of any package is to be paid in full 10 days before the wedding.


It is the intention of MontageBride.com to send a requested photographer if applicable. If scheduling conflicts occur or personal emergencies arise, another staff photographer will be appointed. The client will be notified about this type of change and no refund of deposits and no concessions will be made unless Gold or Silver Pricing is applicable which guarantees Dan Davidson as your photographer.


MontageBride.com will attempt, but does not guarantee every photo on any checklist submitted by the client. This will depend on the time constraints, lighting conditions, availability of people and cooperation given.


The client agrees to confirm details via email or phone no later than 48 hours before the event date in order to clarify the actual shooting times, locations, event procedures and special requests for specific photographs. Client is responsible for providing any changes of wedding or reception location.


The client grants MontageBride.com the unrestricted right and permission to use and publish photographs of the client and images from any photo shoot for commercial, promotion, competition, advertising, internet, display, books or any other purpose thought proper by MontageBride.com without compensation to the client.


It is understood that MontageBride.com is hereby the sole and exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract. Relatives can take pictures but should not interfere with or impede the flow of photo shoots. MontageBride.com reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, the reservation / deposit fee is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding is canceled for any reason.
