Ray Jackson N

. Ray Jackson - BA, CTA, CTC. - Disney Destinations, LLC, District Sales Manager, Midwest Region - Walt Disney Company; manages the company's Illinois travel distribu- tion and sales channels. Additionally his responsibilities involve direct consumer impact and client training. His key role is to reinforce the company’s agenda of providing Disney service which is know worldwide. Jackson joined the Walt Disney Company in 2000 and has over 24 years of sales/marketing experience. In addition he has been recognized for his frontline customer service training initia- tives, along with being recognized for his creative and forward thinking strategies. Prior to his career with Disney, his career history began with Frontier Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, US Airways, Maritz Travel Company and Hertz Rental Car. In all of these travel related companies Ray has contributed his experiences in varied roles such as training, personnel manage- ment, project management, sales, and sales management. He also serves as the Chairman of the Quad County African American Chamber of Commerce, additionally, holds seats on several Boards and Associations. He is a graduate of Central State University and received his Certified Travel Consultant accreditation from The Travel Institute as well as receiving his International Travel accreditation from the International Aviation and Travel Academy. Jackson’s received several awards beginning with nomination to one of Disney’s highest awards, Partners in Excellence, Presidents Sales Club Awards, Gold Circle Sales Award, Top Managers Awards, and varied other performance acknowledgement. Additional roles include YMCA Leaders Club, Youth Volunteer for a local civic organization, amateur photographer, Community Homeowners Association President, member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, Inc.

Ray currently resides in Aurora, IL. with his wife Felecia.

Herald Johnson H

erald “Chip” Johnson is a professional choral conductor, pianist/organist, and educator who began his undergraduate studies in Music Performance at Fisk University in Nashville, Tenn. and member of the internationally acclaimed Fisk Jubilee Singers. He received a Master of Education degree from DePaul University in July 1999, and a Master’s in Music Education degree in July 2007 from the VanderCook College of Music (Chicago). He completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Curriculum and Administration from National Louis University in June 2008, where he is also completing a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.

Since 1989, he has concertized and conducted in many orchestra halls in Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, Slovenia, the Canary Islands, and Turkey. Johnson has also served as Conductor of the Community Chorale at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (2002-2007). As an educator/administrator, Johnson worked many years at the John Hope College Prep High School (CPS), Assistant Principal of the Matteson Elementary School (Matteson, Ill.), and current- ly the Assistant Principal at the Southland College Prep Charter High School (Richton Park, Ill.) Johnson also serves as the Minister of Music for the Apostolic Church of God (Dr. Byron T. Brazier, Pastor), and the executive officer of his music publishing company, Orisong, Inc.
