Gordon Dunkley G


ordon Dunkley is a Partner and National Solution Group Leader at Project Leadership Associates (PLA), a business and technology consulting firm with headquarters in Chicago and branch offices in Houston and Dallas. He has over 17 years of IT consult- ing experience of which 15 of those years have been at PLA. He has performed in roles of Architect, Team Lead, Technical Lead, and Implementation and Migration Specialist. As a Windows Deployment Solution Group Leader, Dunkley is currently responsible for the ongoing envisioning and development of solutions for the engi- neering, deployment and management of the Windows operating system. As part of that responsibility, Dunkley is required to stay abreast of the best practices, guidance, and tools. He has conducted over thirty strategy planning sessions for law firms, manufacturing companies and international businesses.


Eric Conley E


ric L. Conley is the Vice President of Operations of Northwestern Memorial


Hospital. He has full P&L responsibility for


Surgical Services, Non-Invasive, Invasive cardiology services, Cardiovascular Surgery and the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, Rehabilitation Services including Pt, OT Speech and Respiratory Therapy, the Gastroenterology Suites as well as partnering with other senior lead- ership on a major construction proj- ect (925,000-square foot Outpatient Care Center).


Prior to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Conley held senior leader- ship positions at Doctor's Community Hospital and Franklin Square Hospital, part of the seven- hospital MedStar Health System in the Maryland, Washington, D.C. area. Conley has also held leadership positions with the Duke University Health System and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Conley's management experience has includ- ed a broad range of clinical and sup- port functions including physician practice management and Resident Clinic Operations.


Conley has also participated for more than 10 years as an active member of the National Association of Health Services Executives where in 1999 he was awarded the Young Health Services Executive of the

Year award and is co-founder of the Everett V. Fox Student Case Competition. He’s been a member of ACHE from 2003 - 2007 and in 2010.


He is married to Janell and have three daughters, Cydney, Cori and Christen.


Beyond PLA, Dunkley volunteers his time and expertise by providing technical consulting, setup and support for start-up businesses and schools that may not otherwise be able to afford such services. He is a partner of Baltic Realty & Management, which provides safe and affordable housing to residents of the south side of Chicago and surrounding suburbs and a volunteer of Celebrate Hyde Park which hosts a series of festivals and celebrations in Hyde Park for the community at large. Additionally, he is a youth soccer coach and a member of Jets soccer team.


Dunkley received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering


from The School of Engineering at the City College of New York. He has been a resident of Chicago for the past 17 years. He is a devoted husband and proud father of two sons, Ryan, 18 and Blake, 6.
