Kathy Zoladz
ness Center practitioner Kathy Zoladz, a specialist in Ashiatsu, has brought this new mo- dality to our area. Mini- introductory sessions are available at 7 p.m., Febru- ary 16 and 23 (call to regis- ter). Regular
Ashiatsu sessions are held Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Anyone who has ever enjoyed having a child walk on their back will enjoy receiving this work from a practitioner trained to deliver it in a safe manner. The immediate benefit is experiencing, “The deepest, most luxurious massage on the planet,” say clients.
Ashiatsu is a very deep, relaxing
form of massage, performed with the practitioner’s feet, which particularly meets the needs of those that prefer deeper pressure during massage. This includes men, athletes, people who are larger in stature and massage clients that are unable to get their areas of chronic tension worked out by hand.
Consumers have become more educated about what types of mas- sage are available to them to ease stress and help recover from injury. Ashiatsu has been nationally recog- nized since 1995, and is just now available in this area.
New clients receive $10 off their
first visit and packages are available. Location: 4814 Jonestown Rd., Harrisburg. For more information call 717-395-3511, email Kazmo88@aol. com or visit
