Before the Fair: • Dress appropriately—iron your suit!
• Have your résumé reviewed before the fair by a consultant in the Career Center
• Identify and research companies offering internships or jobs you are interested in; review their websites
• Bring enough copies of your résumé for all the companies you intend to see and more
• Prepare and practice your 30-second commercial
During the Fair: • Visit “Prep Room” to review your materials, prepare and ask any last-minute questions
• Approach company tables » Introduce yourself with your 30-second commercial » Give the representative your résumé
» Inquire about the job opportunities available, and about an informational interview
• Get a business card and company materials from the individuals you speak with
After the Fair:
