KEISER

In this fast-paced age of technology, the M3 bike offers a unique, onboard computer that allows riders to remain connected to their progress. Utilizing easy step-by-step instructions, instructors can learn how to maximize the information generated by the computer to provide feedback to students. By manipulating power output, gear, cadence, heart rate, time, and distance, an instructor can create new workouts, enhance current drills, and maximize motivation.

Keiser M5 Striding

Through the introduction of Keiser’s M5 Strider group elliptical trainer and the success of group elliptical training programming, M5 Striding was created. Keiser has teamed up with master trainers and top facilities worldwide to provide an innovative program that’s getting health club members excited about this new type of group exercise.

NEW Courses

Keiser offers a number of courses that are designed to prepare instructors to successfully teach a variety of classes. Its six-hour M3 Indoor Cycling Training program provides the foundation for effi- cient, effective instruction on Keiser’s M3 bike. Among the topics covered: position- ing, technique, intensity, heart rate, and drills. Similar to the M3 course, the six- hour M5 Foundations course is designed and formatted to provide instructors with the tools and training techniques to instruct Keiser Striding classes; it focuses on drills, interval training, and visualization. Upon completion of these courses, par- ticipants receive their certification, which is nationally recognized through organi- zations such as ACE and AFAA for CECs.

NEW M Series Fusion

An Indoor Collision: This fun, innovative workout combines “striding” with indoor cycling. The training covers striding foun- dations and describes how to use on- board computers to monitor progress. It also explains how to implement a variety of training methods (e.g., interval drills, speed drills, hiking drills, recovery drills) to achieve ultimate fitness. Participants learn how to develop a class that com- bines these two formats to produce one amazing workout.
