Νέο µέλος για το γερµανικό ναυπηγείο. To Hanse 415 αποτελεί ένα εντελώς νέο σκάφος και όχι απόγονο του 400 όπως δήλωσαν παράγοντες της διοίκησης και ανήκει στην κατηγορία των fast cruising.

Το ναυτικό σαλόνι του Λονδίνου επέλεξε η Sunseeker για την παρουσίαση του νέου 28µετρου σκάφους και του Manhattan 53. Στην πρεµιέρα παρών έδωσε η καλλίγραµµη Tamara Ecclestone για χάρη του βρετανικού ναυπηγείου. Τα 2 νέα σκάφη προλόγισε στο κοινό ο πρόεδρος Robert Braithwaite.
The 2012 Tullett Prebon London Boat Show, opened on 6th January with the glamorous Tamara Ecclestone drawing in the crowds to the Sunseeker stand just before the official Sunseeker launch. The 2 new Sunseeker models were officially launched by Sunseeker President Robert Braithwaite CBE who was joined by the talented electric string quartet Asteria.

The 415 is not an upgraded version of the 400 model, of which there a now 700 all over the world. The 415 is a completely new and independent concept for a state-of- the-art, fast cruising yacht with many surprising details and functions.

Ferretti sold to Shandong Heavy Industries
Το 75% των µετοχών του Οµίλου Ferretti εξαγόρασε ο κινεζικός κολοσσός Shandong Heavy Industry Group-Wei- chai Group καταβάλλοντας 374 εκ. euro. Τα γραφεία και η διοίκηση θα παραµείνουν σε ιταλικό έδαφος.
A majority stake (75%) in the Ferretti Group has been acquired by the Shandong Heavy Industry Group-Weichai Group, according to a statement and press conference today in Jinan, China. Shandong Heavy’s total investment will be €374m. Ferretti will retain its existing manage- ment, headquarters and production facilities in Italy.
