Read it Online! £880 for League
If you've got friends or relatives who don't live in the area, then if you know they want to keep in touch with what's going on locally, you could tell them to look us up on the web. Our website can be found at
www.temevalleytimes.co.uk and what you will find there is, quite simply, an electronic replica of the newspaper. It looks just the same and you can even turn the pages, so it's ideal if you've moved away, or are on holiday, or if you haven't been able to pick up a copy of the latest issue.
We always welcome new stockists, so if you run a public-facing business, or if you're involved with a club, would you like to spread the word by stocking your local free paper? If so, email
temevalleytimes@yahoo.co.uk or ring 01584 781762.
ORGANISING AN EVENT? REMEMBER TO TELL US!
The League of Friends of Tenbury Hospital received a boost when £880 was raised at the charity shop in Teme Street before Christmas. The shop is now home to Ashley's bakery. The League thanked everyone for their support and they said they hope to organise their usual charity shop in late Spring.
You’ve worked hard for your home. Now it can begin to pay you back.
Despite the recent drop in feed-in tariffs, installing solar panels is still one of the best investments you can make.
As well as benefiting from much-reduced energy bills, the Government backed scheme will pay you a good return on the electricity you generate - more than you could expect from a bank or building society. And you can bask in the warm glow of knowing you’re reducing your building’s carbon footprint.
Act now and don’t miss out. To discover how Eco2Solar could help you save energy and make money, call us on:
