Instant Ice Melt is a fast acting, clean white granule that produces an exothermic reaction on contact with ice and snow for rapid melting and clearance. Instant Ice Melt works in extreme cold, down to -29°C, out- performing rock salt and conventional ice melts.
Instant Ice Melt granules freely flow through standard spreaders to give up to six times the coverage of rock salt. Safe around people and animals. For use on hard surfaces only, avoid spill or application on to grassed and other areas of vegetation.

Instant ice melt is a urea based product. The benefits of using urea over salt is that it has a freezing point of -11C compared to salt at -5C. Instant Ice Melt is not corrosive to metalwork as salt is, and it is more environmentally acceptable because of its very low toxicity compared to salt.
Non Toxic - Instant Ice Melt is a much safer compound than rock salt and does not effect animals or water and will not rust your spreading equipment or stain pathways or drives.
Instant Ice Melt has excellent coverage compared to grit salt. Instant ice melt offers a perfect solution for creating safe surfaces in cold conditions.
