www.rochesterparking.com * Subject to change Lots: There are eight city-operated parking lots throughout downtown Rochester. Rates range from $.50/hour with a 90-minute limit
to $2.25/day or $2.50/event. Several lots have large yellow pay boxes; park your car, observe the stall number, place parking fee in advance into the corresponding slot in the box. Enforced 7 days a week.
Meters: Meters are enforced 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, except: New Year’s, Memorial, Inde- pendence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas days. Meters are not enforced on Saturdays or Sundays. Limits: 30 min. (yellow meters); 2 hours (gray); 3 hours (blue); 10 hours (green). On-street parking is prohibited on most streets in the downtown from 2am-6am.
Ramps: Parking is free if less than an hour in the following: Center Street, Civic Center, First Street, and Second Street. Free parking on evenings after 5pm and weekends 6:30am-2:30am. Overnight parking charge. Many downtown businesses validate ramp parking while shopping.

Adult fare is $2.00, discounts offered for multiple ride passes, youth, seniors and persons with disabilities. All buses wheel- chair accessible, equipped with bicycle racks.
