Customs belly pan was installed. It was a bit of a challenge, but an outstanding result, made easier by a reasonably well- equipped shop with a lift, welder and a great drill. After the pan was installed, the next project was to mount the Warn winch on the winch mounting plate they generously donated. The Warn 9500ti Winch is an impressive piece of equip- ment and really looks great up there. I was impressed at the great design and ease of mounting the plate with only a little custom work needed to mate the Olympic front bumper to the mount. Thanks to CA4WDC Life Member, Richard Giotto, this was easily and cleanly accom- plished


Next the Cobra CB, donated by High Desert CB, was installed by Flash Electronics CB of Tulare, along with the antenna and other hardware donated by Lock and Low (the installer bought raffle tickets with the money from the hardware donation!). It was nicely mated to the Poison Spyder rear bumper and tire carrier. The rear bumper was a great donation, but since I rushed Poison Spyder on the installation, they were kind enough to allow us to do a couple of little things like remounting the striker plate, doming off the locking pin, wir-
