Panelists will expose participants to a sometimes humorous view of experiences, mistakes, challenges and successes. They will also share some tough decisions that had to be made along the way. This session will cover some of the challenges of being a working parent and will discuss raising a "park kid" who knows more about recreation programs before age ten than most adults do in a lifetime. You will also hear from their daughters about what an impact their moms' careers have had on their lives, good and bad. This session will be beneficial for women AND men!
