Glenn Dubock has been roaming with camera in hand since his high school days. His work appears world-wide for commercial, editorial and fine art clients. the images he takes close to home in Carpinteria are the ones he cherishes most. “From the moment my feet hit the Carpinteria sand in the early 1960s, i knew that i would find a home in this classic beach town,” says Dubock.
lindsey ross
Lindsey ross loves food! She was thrilled when given the opportunity to shoot photos of the inspired and decadent Chocolats du Calibressan. originally from ohio, Lindsey spent five years in Jackson, Wyoming enjoying mountain life before moving to California a year ago. She is currently pursuing a master’s of fine arts in photography at Brooks institute and shoots often for the Coastal View News.

Lindsey eltinge is a family, animal, and commercial photographer. She is married to Lt. evan eltinge, a West Point graduate. eltinge donates her talents to DAWG, rotary, and local schools. She looks forward to the publication of her work in an upcoming book on wine and food. She devotes spare time to her birds and beloved long hair Chihuahua, Beethoven.

L. Paul mann is a photographer and surfer originally from Florida, now local since 1977. A Brooks institute graduate, his images have appeared in over 350 publications worldwide. in fact, the first roll of film he shot in 1975 had three pictures published, one in Surfer magazine.
ted rhodes
ted rhodes, writer/photographer, moved to Carpinteria in 1985. He worked in Hollywood as a key grip but now devotes most of his energies to Carpinteria and South Coast images and issues. His photographs have appeared in a number of local, regional and national publications. A recent exhibit of his fine arts photography was entitled “mirror images.”
fran collin
“Working on these stories, it was fun to discover the common thread that would show itself ... starting with the collage artists whose scavenged finds create their art, to the sea glass collectors whose passion for the find and beach-time spent, result in such beauty,” said Fran Collin. “then back to the beach again, where the find for Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri, is the contemplation of foot steps to sand and sea.” Fran lives in Carp with wife Denise and daughter Sofia.

Liz muraoka has been capturing photographic images since owning her first Nikon SLr at age 17. Her work includes advertising, portraits, and special event photography. An avid bird watcher, she is devoted to capturing wild bird images. Photographing Westerlay orchids and meeting the owners was a
special treat for muraoka, having grown up in the nursery business. chuck graham
Carpinterian Chuck Graham is an award-winning photographer with an honorary master’s degree in photography from Brooks institute. His work appears in many local and international adventure sports publications. He pens the unpredictable Wilderness column for the Coastal View News and is the editor of DeeP Surf magazine.
jesse groves
Well traveled photographer Jesse Groves always loves coming home to photograph stories in Carpinteria, where he lives. “it was a joy to work with the Hirsch family for the bungalow story. this was a really fun shoot,” Groves commented. Currently, he is pursuing a masters of Fine Arts in Photography
along with directing a gallery for his alma mater, Brooks institute.
