Athletic Rentals


From private parties to corporate team building and from basketball to lacrosse, South Barrington Park District can help you plan your next athletic event. Rentals are available at the South Barrington Community Center, Marvin Dunteman Park, and Community Park. South Barrington Gymnasium The South Barrington Gym is available for full court basketball, half


court basketball, one or two volleyball courts, up to four badminton courts, or open gym space. Half Gym Rental: $50 for the fi rst hour $25 for each additional hour


Full Gym Rental: $100 for the fi rst hour $50 for each additional hour


Community Park


This 22 acre park is located at 8 Bridges Drive, off of Bartlett Road, just north of Higgins Road. Park amenities include a shelter, bathrooms with running water, 2 ball fi elds, 4 sand volleyball courts, 4 tennis courts, playgrounds, and two synthetic turf fi elds for soccer, lacrosse or football. Two hour ball game rentals include fi eld set up with bases (60-90 feet base paths) and chalking. Rentals are available from March through November, weather permitting. Grilling and alcohol are not allowed.

Marvin Dunteman Park This fi ve acre park, located at the corner of Witt and Penny Roads


in South Barrington, is available for your next picnic or party! For up to 100 people, your rental includes exclusive use of our picnic shelter. Park amenities include ball fi elds, playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball, electrical supply, 14 picnic tables, over 50 parking spaces, and bathroom facilities with running water. Two hour game rentals are also available and include fi eld set up with bases (60 or 65 feet base paths) and chalking. Rentals are available from March through November, weather permitting. Grilling and alcohol are not allowed.
