Full Day Preschool Daily Schedule
The following is a sample of the daily schedule:
7:00am Center Opens 8:00am Breakfast 9:00am-11:30am Dedicated preschool time and snack 12:00pm
Hot catered lunch Kids Kare
Kids Kare is a full day preschool program for children ages 3 to 5. This unique enrichment program offers a wide variety of activities each week, including:
• Dedicated preschool time from 9:00am to 11:30am daily
• Daily curriculum that follows the Illinois Early Learning Standards
• Kindergarten readiness skills • Weekly instructional swim lessons • Large motor time daily in the gymnasium or on the new playground
• Weekly enrichment programs in the Learning Lab including Spanish, computers and more
• Hot catered lunch and two snacks served daily • Access to Park District programs and classes at the in-district resident rates
1:00pm-3:00pm Afternoon rest time 3:00pm-6:00pm Independent craft activities and snack
Kids Kare Fees
The weekly fees listed below are billed to each family on a monthly basis.
Full Day Program • 7:00am to 6:00pm 3 day program 5 day program
$170 per week $215 per week
Half Day Program • 7:00am to 12:30pm 3 day program 5 day program
$85 per week $110 per week
