Manchester Farms quail with mashed sweet potatoes and bourbon-chili glaze, and caramelized sea scallops awaited. Carefully chosen wines were paired with the dishes.


Creating each course with carefully cho- sen wine selections is one of this restau- rant’s specialties. Guests of Seasons 52 will dine on each course with a perfect accompaniment, such as the organic salmon and lemongrass sea scallop in a cedar plank with Mer Soleil Chardonnay, Central Coast 2008. The Sonoma goat cheese ravioli with roasted garlic, basil and light tomato broth is paired with Retromarcia Chianti Classico 2008, as another example.


At Drexelbrook Catering and Corporate Events Center in Drexel Hill, clients love the flavorful butter lettuce salad with grilled pear, aged cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and citrus vinaigrette.


Another popular selection is the house- made seared scallop stuffed with grilled plum and Applewood bacon topped with a smoked tomato cream. The signature Godiva chocolate and Kahlua milkshake minis are popular, too.


Menu selections at Drexelbrook are filled with mouthwatering choices. Whether served as a course, station or buffet, its seven pasta selections are complemented by sauces made from scratch and sim- mered slowly all day to ensure maximum flavor.


Chicken is French-cut, marinated, grilled and finished in the oven, and can be topped with numerous sauces, such as Tropical with pineapple, kiwi and jalapeno salsa; Summer, which consists of roasted corn, black bean and diced toma- to with cilantro; and a Brandywine sauce that boasts rosemary, garlic, lemon and Dijon mustard topped with wild mush- rooms.
