Learn side-by-side with Chef Paul on some great secrets of Grillin’ to apply in your backyard cooking. Make your own Grill Rub from regular pantry ingredients and impress your family. During this workshop, participants will learn how to cook and prepare chicken, ribs, pork, beef, vegetables, and fish. Class has a limited number of spaces as this is a hands-on class. Fencing (Saturday) - New time! Location: Maple/Oak Room Early Bird: $90 Fee: $99/$110R/$130NR Ages: 10 and up The art of swordplay is available for both the beginner and the continuing student in this 10 week class. If you have ever dreamed of swashbuckling of if you are looking to return to this sport, this class is for you. Each two hour class will consist of footwork drills, a group lesson and free fencing with individual lessons as time permits. Participants will learn at their own pace. Some equipment is available for use by students and you may also purchase your own equipment for an additional fee payable to the instructor. Line dancing is a fun way to exercise and improve your overall fitness while meeting new people. This class is for individuals both at the beginner level and those looking to kick it up a notch. Do you get confused, frustrated, or overwhelmed by so many choices? Do you wonder how decorators can pull a room together so easily? Did you know there are really only 4 basic decorating styles and all other styles come from these four? We’ve taken basic decorating concepts and broke them down into simple guidelines that anyone can understand and follow including examples for you. In this class you’ll create your own personal home style notebook, that we provide, to help guide you with ideas, inspiration, what you like, what you want, budget boundaries, substitutions, and where to shop. Caregiver Information and Support - Memory Loss Mar 8, Apr 12, May 10, Jun 14, Jul 12, Aug 9 Ages: 18 and up Caregiving for persons with memory loss can be very challenging. This group meets monthly to talk about caring for someone with memory loss. Share strategies, offer support and understanding.
