Yoga is the union of body- mind-spirit, the physical expression of stillness. You will improve breathing,
strength, flexibility, balance, as you experience transformation to a place of better health, fitness, weight control, stress reduction, and calmness. We offer 2 classes on Sunday mornings: a Rise and Shine “Slow Flow” class for beginners at 9-10:15am, and a Power Vinyasa class for experienced yogis at 10:45am – noon. Classes are $15 or 6 for $60.
