3 Trinity School continues to flourish
WITH six Good School Guide awards in five years and an “Outstanding” inspection report in 2010, Trinity is now established as one of the top boarding and day schools in the region.
Recent
appearances in national finals for four sports, for public speaking and in Cadet Force competitions, mean that we are also coming to national prominence.
Modern children need to be prepared for life in a globalised, technology-driven world. They deserve to experience breadth and richness in their education. Most importantly, however, they need to grow up in an environment where they develop values that will help them to lead fulfilled lives and contribute positively to the world around them. At Trinity, we therefore blend the Christian principles that derive from our joint Anglican/Catholic foundation with a forward-looking, modern approach to education.
We are coeducational and cater for the whole
family, with Nursery, Prep and Senior Departments. Having doubled in size in the last fifteen years, our community numbers over five hundred pupils, most coming from South Devon, but with over one hundred boarders from around the UK and overseas bringing a wider perspective to School life.
This spring, we are preparing one of our Year 10s to start degree-level Maths next year. Simultaneously, we are aiming to get the very best out of all our pupils, given that we have a full ability-range intake.
It is this willingness to
