Registration Procedures & Payment Policies Registration Process


• Fill out a Base Camp Facility Permit requesting the date(s) and times you wish to attend Base Camp. This permit can be found online at: www.explorebasecamp.org/forms.aspx.


• You may turn in the permit in the following ways: -via email to basecamp@nsbsa.org -Mail to: 393 Marshall Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55102 -In person at either Scout Service Center or Base Camp


• Deposits are due at the time you turn the permit in if in per- son, or by mail. Permits received via email or without pay- ment will require a credit card over the phone before the reservation will be added.


• Payments are accepted by check or credit card


• You will receive a confirmation email once permit & payment are received.


Payment & Refund Policies


• All deposits and payments made for Base Camp events, pro- grams and facility rental are non-refundable


• Deposits made for an estimated number of participants are not transferrable to final payments if a lesser number of par- ticipants attends.


• Deposits are transferrable to another Base Camp date if camp is notified more than 21 days in advance of scheduled date. (Rescheduled date must happen within 1-year)


• Cancellations made after 21 days in advance will forfeit all payments


Exceptions to payment policy will be made in cases of unsafe weather, or medical emergencies.


Scholarships:


Base Camp has a scholarship program for youth and groups who need fi- nancial assistance. For a scholarship request form, please visit www.ExploreBaseCamp.org/forms.aspx
