In 2010, Carlson Hotels, Americas introduced the Living and Leading Responsible Business training courses to Radisson and Park Plaza hotels, training 164 hotel trainers who, in turn, trained employees at their given property.
Living and Leading Responsible Business stresses the importance of a holistic approach to Responsible Business.
Responsible Business training programs, which include Living Responsible Business, designed for all hotel employees, and Leading Responsible Business, available for all hotel managers, are comprehensive Responsible Business training programs. They are designed to introduce the concepts and building blocks of working and managing in a responsible manner, and also includes anti-trafficking training as part of our ongoing commitment to the ECPAT Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism.
