1. Living MAC legend Chad Hindman presents Ben Rollins the House League Basketball Sportsmanship Award named in Hindman’s honor during the Fall House League final playoffs. The champion of this fall’s NBA league is the Spurs and the champion of this fall’s NCAA league is the Bronx Bombers.

3. This year’s clash between the University of Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers was celebrated at the club with the Civil War Tailgate, which included five screens around the Main Ballroom. Ducks fans, from left, Lukas Magee, Amanda Bunch, Kaci Bean and Sophia Magee were among approximately 100 people present at kickoff.

5. From left, Jean Malnati and Careen Langslet string lights around a Christmas tree near the Wall of Fame. Over 50 volunteers channeled their inner elves during the four-day holiday decorating of the club.


6. Blake Kingsley donates not one but two pints of blood on behalf of the Oregon Ducks during the annual Civil War Blood Drive while American Red Cross Double Red Cell Operator Steve Bernhardt facilitates. Over the two-day drive, 94 pints were donated by MAC members and staff, beating the previous record by two units. The Ducks began the second day with a three-pint deficit but quickly surged ahead to exceed the Beavers’ donation.


7. Apple Harvest Festival goer Dodd Fischer selects the perfect Fuji from a variety of apples and pears provided by Kiyokawa Family Orchards from Parkdale, Oregon. MAC’s Main Lobby was filled with members and staff sampling and purchasing the delicious fall fruit.


8. This year’s Holiday Fashion Show continued last year’s theme of featuring many local Portland boutiques and designers. Attending the spectacular event are, seated from left, Barbara Kehoe, Cookie Tohl, Norma Vincent, Marilyn Weber and Chris Caffee; standing from left, Patricia Alson and Jill Shoen.
