COLOURCOATING IT’S TIME TO BRIGHTEN UP BRITAIN!

Gone are the days when customers were happy with one or two colour choices in their PVCU doors, windows, conservatories etc.

Today’s customers are more discerning and more demanding, with a lot of emphasis on making their home stand out from the crowd. As so many housing

developments do now look boringly alike, and Britain is not exactly blessed with bright sunshine for much of the year, it is more important than ever to give people a broad choice of colour options.

Are there any limits? Not really – though in some instances there may be planning issues to contend with.

Just about any colour can be created and/or matched using the latest high tech equipment.

But colour should be here to last – so products that guarantee a lasting, durable finish are essential – and the other key factors are using the correct application techniques that will ensure the paint will not peel, crack or fade; allowing thorough drying; and careful, individual packaging of the finished product, so that it reaches you in perfect order ready for installation.

THE COLOUR EXPERTS FOR PVCU PRODUCTS

Based in the West Midlands, Technispray is a dedicated specialist PVC spray painting contractor with its own dedicated coatings facility.

Experts in applying the Kolorbond range of

PVC paints to PVC profiles, PVC Windows, PVCu doors, conservatories and a variety of other hard plastic manufactured products and components, Technispray boasts extensive experience and detailed knowledge of the coatings themselves, and in addition, the company’s skilled team has been instrumental in developing both the Kolorbond range of PVC paints and in the correct application techniques which are crucially important in order to ensure the best, most durable finish. Technispray exclusively uses the tried and tested Kolorbond range of dedicated PVC paints, specifically formulated to achieve a strong molecular bond. They won’t fade, crack or peel and the molecular bond formed with the PVC means the paint bends and flexes with the product.

FREE COLOUR MATCHING The colour matching service is free of

charge and offers a limitless range, including

bespoke and special effects – each mixed in- house to exacting standards using the latest computer controlled equipment.

Your product is checked in, made ready for painting (using the specialist preparation products Technispray has formulated) and meticulously masked (where applicable). Once in the spray booths, the colour is applied by highly experienced technicians in a dust and temperature controlled unit. The technicians can coat single sides or complete profiles, or can mask off product as required for each project.

Once the paint has been allowed to dry properly and its chemical bonding process is complete, each item in orders is carefully wrapped each item for onwards transit.

Whether you’re a Window Fabricator, Double glazing fitter, Architect, Builder - Technispray can offer you an almost infinite range of PVC paint colours to achieve the colour of your choice.

The company also offers on-location spray painting services, with carefully selected site-based spray teams contracted to them around the UK. So if you can’t come to them
