Welcome...

To the last month of 2011. I trust it’s been a good year for you and that you have achieved all that you set out to. This is the fifth Christmas issue of our magazines and we hope you continue to enjoy reading them and find them useful. This month’s content is predictably ‘festive’ with Gay Richardson helping out with what to wear to your Christmas do (page 22) and our recipe this month is a tasty savoury party snack treat see page 28. There are many Christmas events taking place locally, see our What’s On guide starting on page 4 and more which missed the deadline can be seen on our website. Valerie Martin has tales of past crimes in Findon at Christmas time. Read about the fate of the criminals on page 31.

Aside from the Christmas fare we’ve an article on Windlesham School’s walled garden restoration project. See page 17.

Well done to Annabelle Taylor aged nearly 2 who found Bert the Bear on page 9 of the November

magazine. Left is a picture of Bert to show you what you are looking for. He is hiding somewhere in this magazine again this month. If you can find him, email us the page number and we will print the name and age of the first correct boy or girl on this page next month, good luck!

Season’s Greetings, Kris Words of Wisdom
