Reindeer Run – Miss Litzinger invites all parents, students and teachers to participate in this year’s annual Reindeer Run Wed., Dec. 21. Start times vary per grade level. Youth Hull Heroes
Reindeer Run – All Hull students, teachers and parents are invited to participate in Reindeer Run 2011 Wed., Dec. 21. Kindergarten classes run at 9 a.m., first- to third-graders run at 8:45 a.m. and fourth- to sixth-graders run at 10 a.m. The event helps promote and encourage physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Giving back – Harkins Theatres’ loyalty cups can be purchased on Fridays during parent pick-up or in the front office. Loyalty cups are $4.75 and include $1 drink refills at all Harkins Theatres. A wide selection of gift cards is also available for purchase in the front office, with a portion of each card purchased going back to Hull. School Cents – Hull is participating in the School Cents program until April 15, 2012. Hull families are encouraged to save holiday shopping receipts from Chandler Fashion Center and neighboring shopping centers and turn them in to the School Cents box in the school’s front office. Hull earns five points for every dollar spent and the opportunity to win $250 to $2,500. Teen Art Exhibit Runs Through December 22
The second annual Chandler Teen Art Show is now in progress through Thursday, December 22 at the Environmental Education Center, located at 4050 E. Chandler Heights Rd. There are more than 100 pieces of art being featured from teens at several local high schools. For more information, call 782-2890.
Chandler Centennial Art Contest
There is a new Centennial contest for local artists ages 18 and older who are interested in submitting a design for the program cover for the 2012 Chandler Centennial Celebration Weekend.
The artwork entries should represent the theme of “Happy 100th Birthday, Chandler!” as the winning submission will be featured on the souvenir program to be distributed at Centennial events in May. Application and artwork are due by January 9. For more information visit

Multicultural Festival is January 14 y 14
The City will host the 17th annual Multicultural Festival on Saturday, January 14 from 11
