A facility move to Las Tiendas Village shapes up John Allen’s Arizona Body Sculpting with an expanded training area, deluxe locker rooms and high-tech equipment, plus expansive storefront windows so the public can get a view of personal training sessions in action. “We are in a much more prominent location here in Las Tiendas,” says Allen, owner of Arizona Body Sculpting. “Before, we were tucked away in the back of a plaza. That means holiday shoppers might get a chance to see some of the celebrities who train with Allen when they are in town. Featured on Good Morning America in the ‘80s, Allen’s roster of well-known clients have included Barry Bonds, Larry Fitzgerald, Erma Bombeck, Eric Swan and Stevie Nicks. Allen points out that one-on- one service, where every client gets the star treatment, is the foundation on which his personal training business is built.

Whether a client is out to lose weight, run a marathon, improve health or enter a body-building competition, Allen says nutrition, aerobics and weight training are the three elements of success.
