Pickled Walnuts in Ruby Port are an unusual accompaniment to all sorts of cold meats.
Richard’s personal favourite chutney is hand-made in small batches by Kitchen Garden. The Real Ale Chutney features Gloucester Old Spot real ale and Richard recommends it alongside Montgomery Cheddar.
The Truffles’ year round best seller, which is also perfect with cheeses or cold cuts, is Tracklements Onion Marmalade. Richard said: “It goes with everything, everyone should have a jar at home.”
