Post 16 The technology, facilities and learning


environment at our Post 16 centre is second-to- none and students have a unique opportunity to help shape and build a thriving and successful new community.


There are dedicated teaching rooms and a common roomwhich houses laptop computers, and a kitchen space, exclusively for those in Post 16. In addition, the centre is located just above our Enterprise Learning Zone, with its 150 computers and library space.

We seek to raise aspirations of all our learners andmaximise participation in a range of exciting and new courses fromLevel 1 through to Level 3. Students wishing to secure a place on Level 3 coursesmust obtain aminimumof five Cs or above at GCSE in the relevant subjects for which they are applying. Every student within the community hasmade a commitment to learn and this commitment is clearly evident in the culture of our community.
